As with any reputable software creator, developer or vendor, all sales of software apps, digitally downloaded or otherwise delivered, stand firm on an ALL SALES FINAL policy. Please make certain that the title you purchase is indeed the title you intended to purchase.
Refunds, nor exchanges, will be permitted for any "I made a mistake" reason. If you can not get your copy of a software title working properly on your Windows machine, we will be more than happy to lend a helping hand in getting it installed and running for you.
Refunds will ONLY be provided in the event that we, or our automated system, fails to deliver the purchased title in a timely manner. Please allow up to 72 normal business hours for delivery of any and all software title purchases.
